Las Vegas Real Estate Market Report – August 2023 Local home prices for single family homes remains remarkably stable, while prices for condos and townhouses reached an all-time high.  We can attribute that to the demand for lower-priced housing options exceeding our supply.  Mortgage rates are obviously a factor, but we’ve been saying all year, the biggest challenge we face in the local housing market is a very tight housing supply.  This presents a good opportunity for those thinking about putting their home on the market.
