In May, local home prices increased from the previous month, though they are still well below their all time peak set one year earlier. Prices have now increased for a couple of months in a row heading into what is usually our strongest selling season. It seems safe to say that we’re bouncing back from the bottom of this recent downturn. Las Vegas Real Estate Market Report – March 2023 Defying its history as a housing market prone to peaks and valleys, areport released Thursday by Las Vegas REALTORS® (LVR) shows local home prices have been remarkably stable so far this year.
