What happened in the Las Vegas real estate market in February 2023?

The local Las Vegas housing market is much more balanced now than it has been in recent years.  Instead of sellers having full advantage, buyers are now in a better position, since prices have stabilized and we have more homes on the market. What I Love About Summerlin

Having moved to Las Vegas in 2002, I chose to reside in Summerlin, a master- planned community on the western slope of the Las Vegas valley.  I enjoy Summerlin very much – the amenities, restaurants, events and shopping. In my free time, I can be found playing tennis, at a Summerlin park with my rescue dog Barclay, taking in an outdoor concert, rooting for the Aviators or dining with friends in Downtown Summerlin. Having grown up in the midwest, Summerlin seemed like a brand new world.  I fondly refer to it as the biosphere because you literally have everything you
