Despite several months of declining sales and more homes available on the market, the Las Vegas valley’s median home price held steady at $450,000 in September. Sales prices are still up over 10% from the same time last year. For homeowners who have been on the fence about making a move, now is still a great time to sell and take advantage of increased equity.
