Is it still a good time to sell your home?

The short answer is “yes.” Overall, home prices are still up 2% over the same time last year. They are expected to go back to pre-pandemic levels which are still historically high. What is Desert Modern? I believe that Desert Modern design is a nod to mid-century modern with clean lines, simplicity and bringing the outdoors in with textures, stone, wood, fibers and plants. It lends itself to the 50’s and 60’s retro look but with the earthy vibe and colors of the 70’s. Lots of natural elements take stage here. My Biggest Staging Project Yet – Before & After

Presenting my biggest staging and remodeling project to date. We were getting this home ready to list for sale. Since this project was in Florida, we enlisted 3 realtors to interview, get feedback and ask what they would list it for. They all came back in the low $600,000’s and if you know me, I was bound and determined to break a record.
